El turismo volvió a ser el gran protagonista del pasado fin de semana largo registrándose un 75% de ocupación promedio en general, según lo informado por las Secretarías de Turismo.

En el valle de Calamuchita, Villa General Belgrano registró un promedio del 96% de ocupación, muy cercano al 99% de La Cumbrecita. En tanto, Embalse tuvo un 65% de sus plazas con turistas, Santa Rosa un 70% y Villa Yacanto el 75%. Y en Paravachasca, Alta Gracia tuvo un 70% de ocupación.

Desde el CeCIT consultamos con referentes de los rubros de gastronomía, hotelería y comercio. En general nos informaron que las ventas y ocupación turística superaron sus expectativas.

Algunos comercios decidieron abrir todos los días del fin de semana y tuvieron muy buenas ventas.

En el caso de Gastronómicos mencionaron que hubo una excelente circulación de clientes y ventas.

En hotelería mencionaron haber registrado un 90% de ocupación en un caso particular y un 70% de promedio en la Ciudad.

El Ministerio de Industria, Comercio y Minería de Córdoba, a través de su Secretaría de Comercio, informa que ya están abiertas las inscripciones para la nueva edición de Ofertón, que se llevará a cabo los próximos 3, 4 y 5 de julio.

A partir de la actualización de la tasa de interés para plazos fijos, dispuesta por el Banco Central (BCRA), se modificaron las tasas máximas de descuento directo del programa Ahora 12 que los emisores bancarios pueden aplicarle al comercio, a cobrar en un plazo de 10 días hábiles de realizada la venta para cada plan de financiamiento.

Las nuevas tasas son:

  • Ahora 3: 9,06% es la tasa máxima de descuento directo que los emisores bancarios pueden aplicarle al comercio, a cobrar en un plazo de 10 días las ventas realizadas con la modalidad 3 cuotas. Factor máximo a aplicar sobre el precio de contado 1,123.
  • Ahora 6: 16,83% es la tasa máxima de descuento directo que los emisores bancarios pueden aplicarle al comercio, a cobrar en un plazo de 10 días las ventas realizadas con la modalidad 6 cuotas. Factor máximo a aplicar sobre el precio de contado 1,255.

Las ventas minoristas de Alta Gracia correspondientes a Abril del 2023 marcaron una caída del -4,6% respecto a Abril del 2022.

El promedio corresponde a los siguientes 11 rubros relevados:

En cuanto a las formas de pago se observa una modificación en las mismas con respecto a meses anteriores, un 53% optó por el pago en efectivo, tarjetas de débito y transferencias y un 46% optó por el pago con tarjetas de crédito o créditos.

A nivel provincial las ventas también tuvieron una caída del 3,8% frente a igual mes del año anterior, de acuerdo con los datos relevados por la Federación Comercial de Córdoba (Fedecom).
